"Holistic home based social work support for families who are at risk of breakdown and/or under stress with children aged 17 years or younger in the Horowhenua TLA. The aim is to have independent, functional families that can provide appropriate care & protection for their children. Length of intervention is dependent on the presenting family issues & the time required for change to occur".
