Credit Policy
Payment is expected at the time of your consultation. We accept Eftpos, cash, cheques and automatic payments. We do not have Credit facilities. If your account has not been paid by the last business day of the same month you will incur an administration fee of $3.
Casual patients are required to pay on the day. Accounts more than 2 months overdue will be sent to our debt collector at the patient’s expense. If you are unable to pay your debt in full, an automatic payment can be set up through your bank that allows weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments to be made. We can assist you with this. We would encourage you to discuss this option with our Practice Manager, as using a debt collection agency is not a decision we like to make and is only used as a last resort when there has been no contact made with our Practice Manager in regard to the overdue amount.
