HCP Supports the Breast Screening Programme
All Women aged between 45 - 69 can register for the FREE BREAST SCREENING PROGRAMME who have no signs of breast cancer.

Plan your appointments ahead of time for your regular check ups.
When reporting at reception please advise if you have changed address phone number etc.
We offer double appointments if you have several issues that need discussion please advise recption when making appointment if these are required - extra fees may apply.
If more than one family member needs to be seen please advise reception so we can allocate enough time.
Payment of fees are appreciated on the day of consultation - overdue accounts may incur account fees. Please discuss with Practice Manager or Administrator if you need to make arrangements for payment of accounts.
