If you are registered with our general practice please consult with your Doctor about a referral to these clinics. If you are not registered with our General Medical Practice but access other Whakapai Hauora services please contact the usual staff member you deal with at Whakapai Hauora and they will assist you with a referral to the clinic you wish to access.
If transport is a barrier to access the services, home visits can be made so let the relevant Whakapai Hauora staff member know you wish to have a home visit to be made when making the appointment.
