Calendar of Events
Central PHO Horowhenua and Otaki hold weekly Cardiac Rehabilitation groups.
The topics covered are Medications, Diet, Stress Management, Understanding Heart Disease, Physical Activity, CPR and Emotions.
If you have a cardiac problem or know someone who does then please come along.
The group is on every Wednesday from 1.30 - 3.oopm at the Horowhenua Health Centre in Liverpool Street Levin.
No appointment necessary, just turn up.
